So, I've been waiting for years for swim dresses to come into fashion. Not that one has to follow the trends, but if you already feel self-conscious on the beach, you may not want to find people pointing at you too.

Alas, the time is now! I bought mine last summer but never made it to the beach. So, when a surprise weekend in Miami was suggested, I gleefully packed my turquoise halter-neck ruched onesie and headed south.

It's a swimsuit! It's a dress! I don't have to put sunscreen in awkward places and my bum is covered!
